Terms of Use and Purchase
These terms govern the use of Jeel Zad and the one-time purchase of lifetime access to paid stories.

The Arabic and English versions have equal authority.
Your account
- Accounts are for adults. The parent is responsible for supervised use by children.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
- You are responsible for protecting your credentials and must tell us about any unauthorized use.
The product
- Free stories are available to everyone without purchase.
- Lifetime access is a one-time digital purchase of USD 12.00 that lets the account holder read the paid stories inside the platform.
- Lifetime means for as long as the platform operates. It is not a download or redistribution licence.
Permitted and prohibited use
- Permitted: personal and family reading inside the platform.
- Prohibited: copying, screen capture for distribution, unauthorized downloading, republishing, commercial use, or institutional distribution without written permission.
- Prohibited: attempting to bypass content protection or to reach paid content without purchase.
Intellectual property
All text, illustration, and design in the platform is protected. A purchase transfers no ownership; it grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use.
Payment methods
Electronic payment and manual bank transfer may be offered. No access is activated before payment is verified as received. Production purchasing remains closed until the required legal contact settings are configured.
Refunds
The published Refund Policy applies and forms an integral part of these terms.
Content and review
Stories pass language, educational, and religious review before publication. Even so, the final educational judgement about what a child reads rests with the parent.
Suspension
Access may be suspended for proven abuse, intrusion attempts, or unlawful sharing of content. Suspension for a proven cause does not by itself create a refund right.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, with reasonable effort to keep it available. We are not liable for interruptions outside our control, and our liability is in all cases limited to the amount actually paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
